Transformation Butterfly's Journal, 02 September 2014

Back on track and feeling much better after being down with a cold. End of summer and getting sick is no fun at all. I think I finally have a handle on my portion control sizes. In the process of getting rid of things that no longer serve me. I am working on a new and improved version of me and I now have the energy to get moving at full pace now. I went back to doing nightly meditations which are helping me to sleep better. Anyone have any suggestions on craving crusher smoothies I can make at home. Started listening to to the sugar solution by Mark Hayman while I am working. Smile all you multi taskers.
