Time to set new goals. I didn't quite meet the last one of 188lb by February end (my birthday). There are some events coming up this summer and Autumn that will serve as milepost markers. In mid-July it is my DH 30th Class Reunion. In late September there is a conference in Orlando (at Disney World--I've never been to Disney!). Both give me lots of time. But I think I'll just go by the solar wheel. :)

That's one lb a week, minimum. I'll use a fiber supplement every day. I'll eat REAL FOOD, preferably organic, avoiding Artificial Sweeteners, HFCS, MSG I'll aim for 1500 kcal daily. I'll exercise daily, preferably 1 hour
