Been off this for quite a while, just trying to eat more sensibly...less sugar, more fruit and veggies, protein at most meals. Happy to have reached 1st goal. New goal as of today.
174.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
