With the kids back in school things are getting busy again. Games are starting, scouts is going to start up, homework every night, all the other activities, and trying to keep up with the normal daily stuff. Today it begins. I have to work then off to a meeting at my daughter's school about her DC trip next year. Then I might have time to run home and make something quick to take to eat at my son's football game tonight. Then home and get everyone showered and ready for bed. Luckily today is the busiest day of the week, so I should be able to handle the rest.

I was going to get up early this morning to run, but I just didn't. I tossed and turned last night, so felt like I got no sleep. I'm just going to take today as my rest day and do my run tomorrow morning. It's supposed to be 90's here tomorrow, so I have to get it done in the a.m. Hopefully I'll be able to start getting out of bed in the early mornings. I just have to make it part of the routine.

My eating hasn't been great, but I'm trying. The bad part about having a kid who's dream is to become a baker, is that she wants to try out new recipes and bake something every week, then it's in the house staring at you and calling your name. At least for the most part she uses egg beaters and splenda, so the calories are reduced a little.

I hope everyone has a great Tuesday!!

Busy, busy! All you can do is take it one day at a time and try!! As for the baker, perhaps she can share with her school class! That would help get it out of the house or can you pass it along to some elderly people that aren't able to bake?

I know, it's stressful isn't it! Just keep on keeping on!

It would be great if she could take stuff to school aggie, but they won't allow anything that's not prepackaged, but it has to be healthy. I like the idea of passing them out to elderly people, so maybe at Christmas I can have her do all the baking she wants and take them to the senior center or a church cookie exchange. Great idea! She's usually too embarrassed to want us to take stuff out of the house because it's not perfect. :)
