DAY 2 NON SMOKER
So Far So Good! I put a new patch on last night before bed after saying I wouldn't do that again. I slept better, I think my body just needed to adjust. As long as I can keep myself busy in the evenings I will be fine. That is when I smoked the most. I had posted yesterday that as soon as the weather cleared I would plant my flowers. Well I ended up planting them last night. I have to say I was impressed with how sweet John was. He asked me to clean out the trailer today, I told him since he had time he could start on it. He cleaned out the whole trailer, and the truck, and then helped to dig out more dirt from the flower bed. He threw a fit when he found out I bought mulch too, because ya know we can't afford to go buy it all right now. When I told him it was my cigarette money that bought it all he was okay with it. After he saw the flower bed, he agreed that he wants to put mulch around the trees and transplant the grass from around our flower bushes and put mulch in there as well. It looks really nice as I knew it would, and livens up the yard.
HEALTH WISE
I am sticking with the plan of slim fast for breakfast and keeping a bottle of water with me. I have never had trouble getting my water intake but since I was sick and had little to nothing for two days, I have been dry. I will have soup for lunch, I have one more can. I have no idea what is for supper. I was hoping to get to the gym today, since it is my day. It is raining again, and the windshield wipers on the truck don't work, so I am stuck home again. My plan was to jog in the mornings, and after lunch, and have time to take walk as a family after dinner when I quit smoking. The weather has been so bad I didn't get to yesterday and I know I won't today. I don't think I could jog if I wanted to. I still have a cough from the flu.
