Today, 9/2 is a new day to watch what I eat. Was on a two week vacation and ate anything I wanted which proved badly for my digestion. Need to get back on track to improve.......and get back to a healthier diet.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
