I hear you, a couple weeks ago when I had the jar a clausen mini dill pickles, they are only 5 calories a piece, but sodium is sky high, that was a day when I had sodium at over 16000-My calories over the weekend kept my weight the same, now I have to lower them to lose weight again.
So I did learn that 1400-1600 will maintain my weight with exercise and 1300 with exercise or 1200 or less will lose. Like Snezica said I need to vary my calories, but I will keep then extra low this week. Friday's weigh in will be the big day September 05, 2014

I'm in the same boat, no beer but pizza/wings from the weekend. When in Buffalo gotta do as the Buffalonians do. :) So lots of water today and not eating a lot.
