been gone from the weight watching... one cheat day turned into 2 weeks of bad food and weight gain... so here i go again... starting to really consider gastric bypass... i cant seem to do it his time :'(
274.7 lb Lost so far: 15.3 lb.    Still to go: 124.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
