OK, I'm back... :) been hearing that "if you can't say nothin' nice (about yourself - I add), don't say nothin' at all! by "Thumper's Mom" in my head.

My sweet twin sis, bless her heart left me a little ... encouragement (she's in the same boat by the way :D)... magnet on fridge shows a roadrunner "giving up on your weight-loss goal because of 1 setback is like slashing your other 3 tires because you got a flat." :)

OK, so the tread is wearing thin, but I can still go 4 wheelin'. :) I also started a new friendship recently with a Philipino lady, who eats healthy but doesn't judge me, she's a great moral booster. We're both in the same life boat, single, homeowners, doing caregiving and housekeeping, and trying to keep our heads above water.

So I started out with good ambition this morning; had coffee, cheese stick, granola bar, & banana for breaky. Lunch was leftovers: 2 pc cheese chicken tomato pizza, & 2 cheesey bread sticks. Dinner was 1/2 tomato in a balsamic vinagreitte, the last 2 breadsticks, and a Deli Rotisserie drumstick. Depending on my schedule tomorrow, I'll try to do better. Have 3 back to back shifts, but because of breathing difficulties, I might lessen the 2nd shift.

I've got plenty of salad fixins and fresh fruit in the fridge!
166.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
