I cannot get a grip on why my BS was 300 when I got up this morning. I reviewed my food diary from yesterday,and did not see where it should have gone that high. Took my insulin as usual. Then, this afternoon, it went to 400! I reviewed lunch, the only time I ate. and still don't see where the carbs or sugars should have resulted in that number. Took more insulin and hope those numbers come down!
