Why am I not hungry and so full of energy? Weird ö.ö

what have you been doing for exercise and what have you been eating? anything new?

I have been riding my stationary bike two times a day for 30 minutes, and I am eating SUPER healthy.

If you eat mostly healthy foods you will feel full and you will have more energy, exercise also helps with staying energetic. That is the difference between your lifestyle and the people who eat junk food but stay in their RDI limit and don't exercise. They are hungry all the time and have no energy.
