Ok - Monday morning - Here we go...gna try and do my best tomorrow - hubby goes for surgery on his elbow (Separated the distal bicep Tendon at work)...should only be there about 4 hours, but I'm not gna eat anything before we go, cause HE cant, and that just wouldn't be fair - not even coffee ugh lol...So, I'll just take one of my Atkins shakes or bars with me...I really need this to work this time - I don't know if it's the weight that I gained back, or what, but EVERYTHING hurts on me...my hands, shoulders, knees, even my shins - and there's no joints THERE to hurt...maybe I'm just getting old :/
