Issue is with 3 meals a day Dinner is turning out to be too much. Will be cutting back daily intake to Breakfast, mid-day Snack and Dinner. with the exception of yesterday it appears when I use an apple as a Snack it spikes my BS by almost 5 points for about 3 hours and that is not acceptable with the development of a Diabetic Foot Ulcer on my left heel. BS has to be maintain no higher than 3 points over morning readings.
295.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1616 kcal Fat: 80.33g | Prot: 135.66g | Carb: 90.13g.   Breakfast: Yoplait Source Greek Yogurt - Strawberry), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Tomatoes, Nordica 2% Cottage Cheese, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked). Dinner: Skotidakis Jalapeno Yogurt Dip, Crackers, Cabbage Salad or Coleslaw with Dressing, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking), Cooked Yellow String Beans, Fried Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other: Oil Popped White Popcorn. more...
