wintersmith's Journal, 04 May 2009

I just returned from a business trip, where there was a lot of food that could be classified as "not good for me" but should probably more accurately be called "junk food". In spite of that I managed to keep my calories down and I lost a little weight. Not much, but enough to keep me more-or-less on plan.

Looking over my weight history I can see a general flattening of my graph. I think the days of easy weight loss are over. I can accept that I will lose weight more slowly, but hopefully I can find a way to keep losing at a pretty good clip.
