I have been out of control eating! Today I put my foot down, a week of GOOD calories, GOOD protein and GOOD work outs! My work outs have been great but I have not been eating very good calories.

I am proud of myself...I ran 6 miles Sat in 50 min! There is room for improvement but I did it! 6.2 more to add on to it before the half marathon in Dec!

Sorry I've been outa touch, work took away internet! Luckily I have my phone!

What's up with these companies expecting people to work instead of spending time on here and Facebook? What do they want from us? lol! I've noticed you have 2lbs to go, great job! Have a good week and by the time I come to Vegas we'll be lounging by the pool in our fantastic Beach Bodies. :)

I can NOT wait Amanda! I was misarable and pregnant last time so you diff need to come out so we can hang out, like old times!! Party like its New Years EVE's EVE! ROTF!! Thanks Pay...I've been eating some BAD calories the last week. Today was good...hard to not eat junk but I did it =-)
