I am so pleased with my slow and steady progress. My tummy is definitely feeling firmer my legs are getting thinner and I've no more of that awful puffiness around my upper arms and shoulders.
Keep it up my FS friends! We're doin' it!
177.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
