Good Monday Morning, Down 3.5 lbs since last Monday.WHOORAHH!!!Now I see how important it is to eat at least 1500 calories and the good fats.Its hard to believe it after so long of STRAVING MYSELF with LOW FAT DIETS.I love my new lifestyle.I am never hungary and most of the time I can't finish my meals, so I break them up.No cravings and NO SWEET TOOTH.Hard to believe but true. To any Newbies.Just stick to the program. IT WORKS. my work-out today: 30 mins treadmill=1.5 miles =3 incline 30 mins recumbent cross trainer 20 mins upper body strengh training 10 mims streching

I could't agree with you more, especially about eating good fats - what a different way from what we have been taught! Congrats on your weight lost & gone forever...doesn't it feel good to know it's really working, and it seems so easy without the cravings. Enjoy yourself, be happy & healthy.
