I have been working with a personal trainer, two days per week for the past two weeks. She has taught me exercises to burn fat and build stamina. Although it has only been four sessions, so far, I have lost eight (8) pounds. I can now clime the stairs at work without feeling entirely winded. Now, if I could just heal from my shin splints.
