I am lying in bed with the time here in Taiwan at 1:25 am. I am awake Because I can't stop thinking about walking into the kitchen and dipping a banana into a jar of peanut butter then tossing some honey on top of it. BUT if I do it, I'll have my first upward red arrow of the month (eating more than my calories burned). So I'm not going to do it. I'm not giving in.

I don't even eat sugar which is the funny part. I keep a 2L jug of water by the bed and yes I chugged a bunch of it lol. Thanks for the support!
