Good afternoon -- I got right into working this morning and plum forgot to say "Howdy!" Let me start off by saying I'm glad it's Friday -- this week has totally flown by! Stopping off for lunch -- protein shake w/dried milk and Carnation SF Instant breakfast and a cupcake. I know, one of these things do not belong.

Nothing will get your heart rate up faster than a big dog bark a couple of times. Rufus was dreaming and barking loudly in his sleep about 4am. After a few barks I realized I was going to have to pet him to wake him. He just looked like "oh...sorry!"

Got a 10 minute strength exercise in this morning and a 10 minute walk - so will add in more later!
