On the way to normal's Journal, 28 August 2014

OK. This is it. I am determined to reach college weight of 190lbs by the end of 2014. I will used Fat Secret to monitor my progress and enter challenges. I will be exercise and watch what I eat.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

Thanks for all the "support" everyone. My plan for phase one is to keep physically active and gradually modify what I eat. I love eating, eating everything so I know that is where my weakness lies.
