It's so easy to run off into the dietary ditch. I know what I need to do; it's just a matter of doing it. More fruit and veggies, less junk. In my defense, we've been redecorating the house and prepping for fall and winter. Houses get messy fast, and it's an eternal state of war. Plus, I just started my second MPH year at Liberty. The instructor is very demanding. I just have to prioritize my food as well as working out.
