ALRIGHTY THEN!!!


Well, one week into my "experiment" I am down one pound. So far so good. Let's see how the next three weeks go. I know that I feel good and I haven't had any problems with the changes.

GINOSKE-greek-to intimately hope The message today at church was on hope and holding out hope while running this gauntlet that we call life. Patience, faith, and diligence all tie in with every aspect of my life, and that includes weight loss. Sometimes it takes a lot of faith to have hope. We are all working very hard at this weight loss journey, as part of our life's journey, and at times it feels like we are getting nowhere. We follow our chosen lifestyle, do all the things we think we are supposed to do, eat right, exercise, and even though do all these things, we sometimes do not get the results we are wanting. But we don't give up and we don't give in, we just keep running that gauntlet, hoping that in the end we will be rewarded. We have faith...we have patience...and we have diligence...in the hopes that we will eventually succeed.

So continue Ginoske...diligence, faith, and patience will see us through so long as we continue to do what we Know we need to do to succeed.

Alrighty then!!!! Look at you, Miss Science Experimentor! (I don't know if you have posted what you're doing...but I think I have figured it out from your food logs ;) Just so proud of you for not giving up, and running the race for the prize of lifetime health and happiness, and not just momentary losses. The best of us might have caved and given up!!! Think of all the people you will be able to truly help with this 'experience' of yours!!! Keep up the focus, my friend, you are doing it!!!

Congrats on the lb! I didn't get to the mall this weekend to get the book, but I did read alot on-line. Sounds really good. Will be watching as your "experiment" progresses!

Thanks, Paula. I will continue for another 3 weeks and see what happens, but I belive that perhaps I have gotten it figured out. If the losses continue then I will continue on this path, but if not, then I will try something else. Regardless, I am not giving up. Hope you have an awesome week.
