Weekends are harder than during the week. We have been home this weekend with our 4 year old son and avoiding any restaurants so we can stay on the plan. When Friday hit the first thing I thought about was a pizza from Papa Murpheys and then of course I brought myself back to the new relatity of FF plan which is working. We make the Mushroom Turkey Burgers for dinner with asparagus it was pretty filling.

This weekend all the old gravings are here... just trying to keep busy so that I don't eat out of boredom. I weigh in again tomorrow so I want to make sure that I stay good the rest of today. We are planning salmon for dinner tonight and I have already done all of the chopping for this week for quick snacks including celery, cucumbers, onions, and tomatos for cooking. Trying to set myself up for another successful week. I got the Spectrum Flax Seed Oil that was suggested by another member so hopefully I will have better luck with adding that into my smoothies this week as well!

This is my third day on the FFD. The first day was killer, had so many sweet cravings. Today came into work and one of the girls who is a body builder eats the same kind of food routinely and said she can't believe others don't eat this way. Just have to realize this is a great way to take care of yourself (my friend feeds her children this way also). I think great activites have to be planned in place of eating. Plan some fun outings for next weekend - good luck.
