Gabija's Journal, 27 August 2014

This morning, when I stepped on my scales, I was worrying that I will see a huge increase. I was positively surprised that my weight has stayed even despite the fact that I've been eating carbs and had no sports last two weeks. I am writing my PhD thesis and all I crave for is carbs - pasta, bread, chocolate and bananas! I thought I am out of that stress caused eating, but now I realize I haven't truly get rid of it. Though if earlier I ate a lot - no matter what, just food to sooth it - , now I want particular things and no overeating.
143.7 lb Lost so far: 52.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Carbs are not evil. If you ate in moderation as I suspect (in lieu of filling your plate) then you should not expect to see an increase on the scale. Eating balanced meals will eliminate cravings and hunger. Recommend reading Scooby's Workshop.com Nutrioin section, under "Losing Weight and 6 pack abs"... whcih explains weight loss is 80% nutrition (notice I did not say "dieting")... you don't have to be a body builder to apply the simple nutrition principals he spells out so clearly. No myths or tricks or special diets and it's all FREE information! You won't have to "hope" they stay off... you will know why they left and you will be in complete control of your body composition! Happy FAT Loss!
