Soooo we can all see where my weight gain / calories come from - SNACKS!
I know this, I acknowledge this and will make a bigger effort to reduce calories there!!

Hahaha I swear I could live off sweets and chocolate , I don't need food! Already adapting my dinner tonight - not making it unhealthy just a little less carb dense foods so I still keep my metabolism revving after workout! IF it was quality brownies - it must have been worth it !

Same problem here - stress eating like mad! Yesterday was latter from seattle and those damn almond squares, and short bread when I got home!

I hit a major bump yesterday also! But nothing we can't bounce back from!!
