Mmx sucks, way too many sprawls. A lot of leg work this month. I swear that I have a one pack. One down, five to go. If I could lose some of this goo then I may be able to see more than one set of muscles. All the talk about gaining muscle and losing inches is all good, but the truth of the matter is if you don't lose weight then you can't achieve all that you want to achieve. I'm starting to think that I have bitten off more than I can chew. Perhaps I should start rethinking my goals. I'm doing the program 6 days a week, I've been eating well except for the weekend. I was a pig; cinnamon roll from dunkin donuts, Mello yellow soda, pretzel chicken sandwich from Wendy's, a gouda chicken sandwich, french fries, coke, a slice of cheese pizza, a churro, pop eyes chicken, biscuit and French fries. I took my three days off and turned them into a pig fest. I felt bad for sure, my only saving grace was that I was sensible with my eating aside from those hiccups. I also was able to go right back to my nutrition plan on Monday. I sabotage myself, one day I'm going to stop doing that to myself.
