Bought myself a new pair of running shoes this past weekend since I have been faithfully putting in the miles. I'm adding more and more "runs" into my morning walks. It feels good to be getting my aerobic fitness back up to a decent level again. When the days get shorter and it gets colder, I'll be hitting the gym in the mornings. I'll muscle up over the winter months, then go back to my heavy cardio rotation when the weather is warm again. I just love being outside when the weather is nice.
It's super quiet at work today. I can actually breathe! It feels strange :)
