I feel so disgusting. I'm losing all my progress and I am struggling. :(
156.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you are not disgusting! you are amazing, look how far you have come :) 4 pounds seems huge but compared to all the pounds you have lost...not so much. What has changed? check what you are eating, your exercise...are you stressed? take a deep breath and be kind to yourself. Today...start again....just don't give up...please.

Hello, I echo what mel5081 says. You have done so well, i just peeped at your bio and read your will and determination to lose weight, I know my standard of health has improved phyiscally but more mentally. I found i was ina nasty circle when i was more overweight, i feel bad, I ate sweet things ( or anything really :-) ) they tasted nice, I regreted them, I felt fat, I felt bad, and so i continued. My choice was not being able to walk and keep on putting on weight, or, get back on track and start feeling happy and healthy again. I suggest you rebooted :-) have a look at your weight loss period just after xmas when you were doing well and also the times you were'nt, I hope you find within you to challenge yourself and get back to happier weight loss days. With good wishes and happy losing :-)

I always go on Pinterest.com and type in "fitness motivation or inspiration". They have qoutes, pics recipes, etc. It always gets my butt up and motivated. Now get moving!!!! You CAN do this!!!
