Greetings my Buddies!

Hope you all had a pleasant weekend and feel revived for the week ahead.

The exercise at
OTF is going well - I am making it four days a week which is what the trainers suggest. I would like to start adding a fifth day of biking or walking or a Jillian Michaels DVD...just to bump it up a little.

But...my FOOD is HORRIBLE because the CARB MONSTER is alive and well the last couple weeks.

I HATE when I get stuck in this cycle. I know what it is and what needs to change which is why I joined the 30 Day Challenge at the gym!

They will kick my butt!



I am dedicated, determined, and diligent!

My CM is raging lately too... more than my sugar addiction. What gives? That's supposed to be a winter struggle.. not summer. Hmmm...

Hey girl! We are back in the saddle again? We WILL overcome the CM!!!! That @!X*#!@ :-) Got that off my chest (as she hides the friggin' CHEETOS bag that hubby brought home)! So nice to be with you again in this long-arsed journey of ours. Hugs!

You amaze me by sticking to such an extreme exercise regimen. I have every confidence you can beat this carb monster. Yes you can do it!
