Greetings my Buddies!
Hope you all had a pleasant weekend and feel revived for the week ahead.
The exercise at OTF is going well - I am making it four days a week which is what the trainers suggest. I would like to start adding a fifth day of biking or walking or a Jillian Michaels DVD...just to bump it up a little.
But...my FOOD is HORRIBLE because the CARB MONSTER is alive and well the last couple weeks.
I HATE when I get stuck in this cycle. I know what it is and what needs to change which is why I joined the 30 Day Challenge at the gym!
They will kick my butt!
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent!
