Up a few and not real sure why, but I am not stressing. You cannot put in a weight range so my range is 160-165 so if I am in that range I am good. Trying to decide whether I am ready to get back to a more intense exercise routine or not. It will 3 weeks since my surgery tomorrow sooooooo.....I am wondering. My Doc did say to do as much as I feel up to doing. So I want to start the BeFit 90 workout and I guess I could the lower impact version until I build myself up so I think today will be the day to get back at it and tone this body back up! God is good and I will definitely be calling on Him for strength. Let's do it!!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
