Still the same, which is better than going up. I have not really had the motivation. Chocolate also seems to win in the struggle in my mind, I'm like Homer with Donuts. And if I had to choose between donut and chocolate, there is no winner, the choice is which one first. You see easily distracted. Preparing my food for the week in hope I can stick to the healthy choice.
213.8 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 59.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
