I messed up a bit yesterday. I got too hungry during the night, woke up and had a snack. It was healthy but added to my daily net carbs and calories, so I Gained. No regrets though, I am still on track.

If you are hungry during the night, you might want to try a glass of water instead.

Keep a bottle of water by your bed. Just take a sip and go back to sleep!
