See what happens when you do yard work? Up goes the weight. 3 more truck loads. The boss is back tomorrow. I better get on it.
170.4 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

There are two possible explanations. Either your muscles are soar and you are retaining water because of it or all the hard work made you hungry and you ate more carbs, then you also retain water.

Forget about the temporary weight gain it will go back down when your muscles recover. What you need to be concerned about is getting it done before the boss returns. Trust me, I have been married 37 years...

What is the 2 truckloads? muscles will retain water when they are healing.

Wholefood. Agressive pruning with a chainsaw in my back yard... and it's four more loads. That makes 8. :) Snezica. Worked out yesterday so that could be partly it. 3 pounds in 4 days? I don't think so. Yes, I'm eating carbs, and pretty nasty ones, that could be water retention on top of the water retention. We'll have to see. John... when mama ain't happy ain't nobody happy.
