Still on the roller coaster ride and cant seem to break thru the 170 floor. Even though I have no uterus anymore, I do believe that my ovaries are still cycling and I am trying to keep track to see if maybe one side is and one isn't. It seems that every 7-8 weeks I go thru a session of mild skin breakout, bloating, and lack of energy. opposite that is a period of hot flashes that occur infrequently for about a 4 day stretch. Last night was the first night I spent some time on my new recumbent bike, It was good and I hope to build my time and resistance quickly on that. I need to get back down to the 150's and I need to do that in less than 6 months. Wish me luck!
