I have really got to focus on this. Right now I am heavier than I have ever been and my back is starting to pay the price.

I do not want to go down the high BP, diabetes route either. It is such an interesting psychological conundrum that when I was dieting and exercising before, I felt fantastic and had more energy and yet I slip right back into old habits. Then when the weight is out of control and I feel crappy, I wonder what on earth I was thinking.

The nice thing right now is that there are so many fresh veggies in the garden that I enjoy eating and are healthy for me. That part will be easy. The tough part is staying away from all the sweets.

Trying to keep the focus.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week

I had the same lesson taught to me yesterday. I felt so good, and let it go for what ... a taste of pickle? WE CAN DO THIS!!
