Today I am stressed and upset. And surprise, surprise, here is my emotional hunger. One of the good things about Atkins is that you can satisfy hunger quickly. I shall try to focus on cleaning the kitchen. That will give me a sense of achievement. Got the raw milk today. Yoghurt is cooking and I'm going to make mozzarella later. First time. Please could someone, somewhere send me some patience as I lost mine yesterday :(

Good luck with things today. It's annoying when the cravings are hammering on the door, and boy can they be hard to tell to p*ss off..... A sweet tooth annoyed me yesterday, but I managed to keep it under control and I'm feeling really good about it. YOU CAN DO THIS :-)
