Woohoo! Finally got under 230 AND surpassed the 20 pound mark since starting back up in July! I've still got a ways to go, but I'm so glad to have finally hit this landmark along the way.
228.2 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks! I'm about to start a new job which is biking distance from my house, too. So I'm hoping to get in a lot more exercise than I am currently. That should help a lot in conjunction with the dieting :)

Wow! Thanks for all the support, everyone! It definitely feels awesome to get past this milestone. It's also the first time I've been under 230 since I first started counting back in '12.
