I know I shouldn't weigh myself every day .... But it's so encouraging when I see that number getting lower and lower! Perfect timing too soon as it's my bday this weekend :-D
164.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
