I can't lose by diet alone, I must exercise!!!!!
209.7 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2031 kcal Fat: 51.22g | Prot: 125.02g | Carb: 208.16g.   Breakfast: Bran Cereal, All Natural Premium Clover Honey, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), 1% Fat Milk. Lunch: shiraz wine, soup crackers, Light Draft Beer (14 oz). Dinner: broccolli, shrimp fried rice,  mahi mahi, fish soup. Snacks/Other: princess anne cherries, vanilla ice cream, Oil Popped White Popcorn, fiber one brownie. more...
