Here's my exercise for Wednesday:
GALLOWAY METHOD
33 minutes total
5 minute warmup at 3.0 MPH
5 minutes running at 5.0 MPH/1 minute walking @ 3.5 MPH X 5 times

2.57 miles
286 calories

The next time, if my stomach hurts or I feel tired, I will just slow down my running speed instead of just stopping.
