Have not recorded a weight because... well... it is fluctuating around 252. I am having a bit of trouble getting my macros balanced for LCHF and adding curves to my exercise regime I believe I am retaining a bit of water weight. Now because the weight has not gone down does not mean I have not changed size. I have, noticeably, well... to me anyway. Also my energy level has increased. After my Curves session last night I was debating about doing my 2 miles with weights. decided against it and let my body rest. save the 2 miles for tonight if it doesn't rain.

Because of leg cramps at night I have also incorporated a potassium and magnesium supplement. Here's hoping this works or else I am relegated to sugar free tonic water, which I do like it's just I am afraid of a false insulin spike. I feel like total crap when that happens.

What I have been reading and hearing about LCHF has been for the most part true. More focused at work, cravings decreased significantly, more energy, etc. I am not saying the cravings are gone... it was just a lot easier to pass up the chocolate chip cookies that were being offered at work yesterday. I would have loved having a cookie but then I would have been knocked out of Keto.

I did narrow down my Insulin spike to the stevia. I cant have that every day. one packet sends me through the roof. best to save it for those special occasions. My coffee now consists of 2 tablespoons of Heavy Cream and 2 tablespoons of unsweetened coconut milk instead of coconut oil. This works for me because I do like coconut flavoring in my coffee. it tastes a little exotic to me and it is a bit unique.
