CatHerder's Journal, 21 August 2014

My weight is up slightly but it has been bouncing around for the past week. Hopefully I'm not at a plateau. Sticking with my current diet for now and see what happens over the next week. I may actually need to eat more to start losing again.

I injured my leg the other day and I hope to get back to at least walking for my exercise tomorrow. It is literally a pain in the rear :) I'm convinced my trainer is trying to kill me in my sessions with me. He really pushes me to my limits. That's still not hard to do as I have a long way to go until I'm back in shape. I just keep pushing on.

284.0 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well tell the trainer to ease up on you until your leg heals or find an alternate exercise that doesn't put much pressure on that leg. Hoping you didn't pull your periformis muscle as that really hurts (pain in the rear). Feel better and R.I.C.E. (Rest, Ice, Compression & Elevate).

I actually think it's a hamstring issue with my right leg. Too much sitting during the day which can cause it to become over stretched and tight. I need to work on some dynamic stretching once it feels better.
