Double my carbs today:( However that angle food cake was divine!

I will not do my cardio session before class, but I will attend Pilates class this morning. It will be my first workout in about 2 weeks, as I did not get up to go to Yoga on Tuesday morning. I still have a lingering cough from my summer cold I have been suffering. Then Friday morning I have Aqua scheduled, hopefully I will feel up to getting into the water! And on Saturday I have Yoga class to attend.

I picked up a night shift on Friday night and an evening shift on Sunday evening. So I will be working a lot this week/weekend to make up for my ill calls last weekend.
