Wow, I did not realize how hard it was going to be to get in 10,000 steps per day on this pedometer. I took Lola for a walk today shortly after we got up and it felt great. When I am feeling lazy and dont want to exercise I try to remind myself of how great it feels after exercising. My pedometer is reading 9535, almost there !
