day 3... didn't track yesterday but ate within guidelines. had clemintines as snacks, spring rolls for dinner - the onces with rice paper coating and steamed not fried. and a lc for lunch!

didn't find time for exercise... still working on that one!
186.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
