Day 5 of my 24 day challenge! I feel amazing. I am not recording a weight till Sunday but others in my group are already telling me they have lost 3 and 4 pounds!! I did forget the megaplex yesterday but I'm sure one time is ok. and what a great breakfast, i mixed items on my list, some baby spinich, peppers, salsa, and 2 egg whites cooked in olive oil cooking spray..mmm so good. Im keeping that one.hope you all have a great day!!
