Morning weigh in of 211.6. Similar numbers as yesterday morning but slightly higher muscle mass. Still need to shed a lot of water. Going out for seafood tonight.

Any kind of grilled Seafood with lemon juice. Water weight will disappear!

You got it, guys and gals! I will eat all three! I will be sure to add the lemon. Feeling good at 4pm and just a few hours from diving into the best Maryland's Chesapeake Bay has to offer!

Mike's Crab House in Riva, Maryland. Simple but outstanding. A huge place with seating for hundreds, a young, energetic staff, and some great seafood. My brother lives five minutes from there on a boat and is pretty much the local "Norm" character from cheers at Mike's adjacent bar!
