YMCA Scale 196lbs

Haven't worked out in about 5days ate whatever I wanted not gd at all. Since I just started back working out yesterday and I have things that need 2 be done after work this week my goal is 2 workout 45mins in the morning be4 work & eat 1500cal a day just have 2 work on my late nite muchies & it's BAD
196.0 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
