Slow but some progress at least! I've had a crazy few days and it isn't going to slow down anytime soon I don't think. Just going to do what I can to stay on track.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
